| Ansaloni Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ansaloni Soc. aims to deal with environmental problems related to good home by providing a service to its members. In doing this we thought the big feeling that grows more and more people around in energy / environment, but we also took into account new legislation on which increasingly tend to stimulate an active approach of citizens on these issues as, for example, house use. First of all the latest regulations requiring energy performance certificate for all new housing construction (July 2009) and for those previous accommodation but being sold or rented. We then did a course for certification in three of our employees today, achieved certification may certify the homes of our members, perhaps those same accommodations in the course of its history, the Cooperative Ansaloni assigned to them. To clearly specify that the appropriate energy performance certificate is valid for 10 years and then becomes appropriate in the case of sale or lease, but if the problem of the relationship between energy and environment do not want to reduce to a mere bureaucratic problem, say immediately through certification that we can measure the energy efficiency of housing (how much energy consumption) and therefore our goal, through targeted interventions to improve this efficiency for lower energy consumption. It 'just this second aspect the most interesting and important, to be like Coop. Ansaloni through Ansaloni Energy, a contact person who proposes to give full service to our members who bought the house from the Coop. Ansaloni and now intend to redevelop its energy housing, to consume less but to defend and increase its value. Immediately clarify how these redevelopment energy are stronger if we work throughout the building (in a condominium logic) rather than in individual housing, but something can be done again. Giving a service means to inform, measure the problem, find ways to intervene, proposing economic simulations, coordinate work and, last but not secondary care also practices that today enable, in a certain manner of tax recovery of the money spent on work retraining. Intend to do this, we are already operating. The goal that we have today is to let us know that too and not just to allocate houses, which remains our primary role and we are therefore proceeding with meetings held with members of the interventions made by the Coop. Ansaloni during its history, to explain this new business but also to listen to all views and recommendations that we made appropriate and will be especially welcome |
