The mission of the Cooperative Ansaloni is to provide individual property, or the availability of temporary or permanent housing, including use of legislation for public housing.
Who are the members of the Cooperative Ansaloni: May be members without discrimination to all individuals, including foreign nationals wishing to obtain the availability of accommodation that is both functional needs and contingencies of their whole life (youth, students, seniors, young couples, elderly or in need of assistance, including health insurance).
Membership of the cooperative: Means to be part of "an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their economic needs, social and cultural aspirations, by creating a common society and democratically controlled.
Rights of members: A member of a Cooperative: • Join the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting to decide on all items on the agenda, provided is regularly entered in the Book Membership Cooperative for at least 90 days and is not in default with respect to payments owed to the Cooperative. • Each member is entitled to one vote in the assemblies. • Every year is required to approve the Financial Statements of the Cooperative. • In the Assembly Ordinary determines the duration of the mandate and the number of members of the Board of Directors. • Participate in the election of the Board of Statutory Auditors and their chairmen and vice-chairmen.
