63 YEARS OF HISTORY AND PROFESSIONAL '
N THE SAME YEAR IN WHICH THE CONSTITUTION WAS PROMULGATED ITALIAN, AND 'THE COOPERATIVE WAS BORN
On October 27, 1948, when the foundation was laid the foundation stone of an initiative that, for many, it meant the culmination of a dream: a home ownership. Passed over fifty years, the cooperative enterprise is an economic reality Ansaloni Bologna. Even the latest figures confirm that it was implemented and consolidated the social aim. For many years Ansaloni is committed on the values of corporate social responsibility, by far 1995 has made the choice of compiling the budget office, since 1997 has the code of ethics, ahead of the curve. And 'certainly' socially responsible business "a company that considers the definition of its strategy and daily behavior management, the interests of all those directly or indirectly, are interested in its activities, also called stakeholders, and impacts that its actions can have both economic, social and environmental. In this sense, the cooperative has strong links with its stakeholders, has a natural sensitivity to social issues in general and was assigned a well-defined social role.
OUR ROOTS
The history of building coop Ansaloni has deep roots and has seen the cooperative, members are united by a strong bond that goes beyond the purchase of the house. Along with this there is a culture of the Cooperative outlined on the basis of experience with the social base, involving members of the management through bodies. In this presentation we remember the important moments and episodes of large and small members or people who have contributed to the history of cooperation and that are passed as in all famiglie.A this regard are well aware of our Founding visible in a giant 'old snapshot that portrays them as a group, placed in the board room of the Cooperative Ansaloni.
Watching the young men we see, some little more than boys, with the bicycle, the "sfrattazzo" I think they say so, I think smiling and happy with what they had undertaken: to give life to the cooperative.
On October 27, 1948, when the foundation of our cooperative, today Ansaloni building coop, was the first stone of an initiative that, for many, meant the dream of a lifetime: to have a home ownership. The Founders remember this date as a holiday and we celebrate it as a social event, very involved.
Our pioneers were workers and employees of large factories west of the city of Bologna, Ducati, Sabiem, trousers, Weber and others. They were merchants and craftsmen. After the bombings of World War II, the DIY home thousands of hours working for free, while women, mothers, wives, sisters, and
assembling dolls conil proceeds bought the stones and cement needed to build their future homes, which were then allocated by lottery, placing an urn in the names of the members most in need. Women devised and sewed the multicolored flag of the Cooperative. Still remember the sacrifices and the enthusiasm of the Founders and their companions to make the first housing DIY.
Gaetano Ansaloni was the first president, he named our cooperation, because it was a man with great experience and great humanity. He worked as a laborer and merchant of sausage, his shop was walking a bicycle equipped with two large luggage rack. It was with considerable initiative and gave a big boost and was an example to all members.
Even the members, even today, there are memories that make you think: in the 50s, to bring a funding application to the Ministry of Public Works and deliver it personally to the Minister, a group of members went to Rome by bicycle. Even these moments making up the story of our cooperative, is the story of women and men who have rolled up their sleeves to rebuild the country destroyed by a disastrous war. In a Bologna hit by bombing in 1945 was elected a great mayor, Giuseppe Dozza deeply involved in the reconstruction.
 
It was necessary to create homes to meet the demand coming from classes deboli.La Cooperative Ansaloni helped to answer these needs and to rebuild the city's economic fabric.
Our members also built kindergartens, shops and more, who left a heritage for future generations indivisible part of the Cooperative. 60 years have elapsed since then, the cooperative through the process of consolidation and unification has been consolidated. Meanwhile, a courier was taking place between generations that passed the baton to date with our governance that comes from afar, and then as with many young and with so many women, governance of 86 members which aims to ensure the social base and stakeholders continuity over the next sixty years!
Our offices in Cividale was founded in 1964 and 1965 as the People, the voluntary work of members of the Cooperative. We bought the land from Mr. Tarozzi, merchant peanuts and lupine. On it were realized, in addition to the Chair, housing and so on Via Cividale Pasubio.
The builders of enterprises and cooperatives manufacturers, after work, spend their free time in this building that would house the Left parties, the works committee and the Cooperative. The House of the People became a center of socialization, a sports center, a center of political life.
Among the anecdotes of real life is remembered the 'Tavern of the Blonde "and a group of people in street called Red Berets" Terrapene "who lived in humble homes and unhealthy, they also contributed significantly to the building. The women of the neighborhood helped to build and promote social initiatives, organized parties, to raise funds to complete the work.
